We have worked with a wide variety of customers, from major builders to "do-it-yourselfers".

We are proud of all our work. Here's a sampling of recent projects, representing the variety of services we provide:

• Excavation, grading, city sewer and water at Carver Ridge in Carver and Bellavista in Buffalo
  Both homes were built by J Phillips Construction. Subcontractors, including Kothrade SWE, donated time and materials for all or part of their work to help the cause of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).
• Three Rivers Park District & U.S. Forestry Service
  We are working with the Park District and the U.S. Forestry Service in setting new concrete lavatory facilities and holding tanks at their park locations.
• Aztec Estates
  Excavation, city sewer/water hookups and grading for twenty two twinhomes in Andover, MN.
• Colony Pointe
  Excavation, city sewer/water hookups and grading for a commercial development in Blaine, MN.
• Chaska Highland Shores
  Excavation, city sewer/water hookups and grading for an apartment building.
